Scion Mini Games — need I say more?
Two weeks ago Scion came to us with a new mission — "Bring tC top-of-mind with Scion salespeople and remind them how great of a vehicle it is." With the launch of xB and xD, the aging (yet still very cool) tC has lost a bit of its luster on the sales floor. To complicate the situation... the competition has launched exciting new vehicles while tC has remained essentially unchanged. I'm currently working on a full campaign to address the issue — feel free to drop by and take a look at the white board by my office and check it out — a key element is a full compliment of Scion mini games.
Mini Game Basics:
• 5-Minute Max Gameplay
• Fun, Fast, Over the Top Scion Attitude
• Roll out for tC first, then adapt for the full lineup
• Current Game Subjects:
— Product (Know your stuff)
— vs. Competitor #1
— vs. Competitor #2
— vs. Competitor #3
— Accessories
— Scion 101 (Refresher and for New Hires)
So, here's what I need help with:
1. What else do you think Scion tC salespeople need to know (Subject)
2. What kinds of games? Concept? Visual? Play?
Please drop your ideas here, or / and bring them to the 1PM brainstorm.
Thanks for your help.
PS. Look for this blog to get locked down soon — probably later today. So PLEASE be sure to register for this blog if you haven't already. Otherwise you'll probably get locked out. And, it's going to be a hassle for me to get you back in.
Have a great day,
Matt

Doing some research on this...
Found a pretty sweet company who does a lot of these online games. You can lose a day going through their site.

Check it out. Might help get some ideas rolling. These are the same guys who put together ROBOBRAWL!
I was thinking one of the games could be like Herculean tasks. A guy scores tickets to a game but has to run 3-5 errands before he can go. These errands will highlight the tc's value, performance, comfort, etc. The errands are in no order and he can select whichever one he wants. Maybe he has 2 hours before tip-off and each task takes 20-30 min. off the clock, whether right or wrong. When he selects an errand, he's asked which tc feature will help him complete the errand.
or like that old game show classic concentration, matching cards to reveal picture clues to a phrase, jeopardy-style game, word association game where a word is static on the screen and other ones appear one by one. The user buzzes in when s/he thinks the one that appears relates closest to the static word.
If I were a scion sales person I would want / need to know what are the "Only a TC" attributes, features, cool stuff that competitors don't and won't ever have. During the game, maybe one of the one's Mike described, I would uncover those features/attributes. But then what? "TC in 60 seconds" - a crisp product brand presentation that might include local club photos, info, events, - I mean Scion is a cult - a sales person needs to show and communicate why being a Tc owner is going to give them access to a lifestyle and group of people who are "like me" - don't want what everybody else has and like to "live the life" however they define that.
